CNFA Inc, a US based non-profit organization, is implementing a three year USAID funded "improving Livelihoods & Enterprise Development " (I-LED) program in earthquake affected areas of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, & I-LED works across public, private, NGOs & farming sector I-LED is seeking professional Pakistan national staff for the following areas:
COMMUNITY MOBILIZERS (4)
Location: Bagh (2 positions; 1 male, 1 female)
Mansehra (2 positions; 1 male, 1 female)
The Community mobilizer will coordinate and facilitate project activities related to community mobillization, appraisal, action planning and organizational development. This individual will act as a resource person on community organization development and work with the project management and staff, communities and other concerned organization/agencies in performing the following tasks:

Identify potential community linkages.

Prepare existing community organizations and other stakeholders to effectively participate in the development processes initiated by CNFA-ILED Pakistan.

Serve as a link between the beneficiaries and CNFA-ILED Pakistan.

Assess needs and work on community mobilization, appraisal, preparation of action plans and organizational development.

Documentation of outputs, processes and lessons learned in conducting community mobilization, appraisal preparation of action plans and organizational development.

Work on projects which support business start-ups, business growth, creation of new jobs and development of new skills,
-
Meet regularly with public sector, private sector and volunteer agencies.
Position-specific requirements & desired skills:
-
Degree in Community Development, Social Sciences and/or Related Fields.

Skills in Learning facilitation and Management.
-
Minimum 2 years experience in community Development & Mobilization.

Awareness of Local Development Issues and Concerns.
-
Previous work Experience with NGO/INGO is preferable.

Good interpersonal and communication skills.
