FEDERAL GOVERNMENT SERVICES HOSPITAL ISLAMABAD

TRAINEE RESIDENT MEDICAL OFFICERS

Applications are invited from the Medical Graduates for training of FCPS Part-II as Trainee resident Medical Officers TRMOs in the following specialties for a maximum period of three years.

1. Pediatrics   2. Gynae & Obstt   3. Pathology (Histopathology)

ELIGIBILITY

• Candidate must possess MBBS or equilent Degree from any University recognized by PMDC.

•  Preference shall be given to the candidates who have passed all professional examination in the first attempt, with more than 60% marks.

• One year House Job.

• One year experience in the concerned specially obtained during or after house job.

• Must have passed PCPS part-I Examination.

• Students who have passed MRCP (part-I), FRCS (part-I) can also apply.

REQUIREMENTS

Attested photo copies of the following documents should be attached with the application;

1. Three recent passport size photographs.

2. Domicile certificate.

3. National Identity Card.

4. MBBS Degree.

5. Any other qualification.

6. PMDC registration.

7. House Job Certificate (Certificated by both consultant / Incharge and Medical Superintendent of hospital).

8. Sr. House Officer / Registrar ship certificate (Certificate by both Consultant / incharge and Medical Superintendent of hospital).

9. Experience Certificate if any (Certificated by both consultant / Incharge and Medical Superintendent of hospital).

10. Detail marks certificate of all professional examinations.

11. Result card of FCPS part-I examination.

12. Two reference from professors of Medical College/Consultants or Medical Superintendent of DHQ level Hospital.

NOTE:

All the above documents will have to be brought in original at the date of interview. Failure to do so could disqualify the candidate.

GENERAL INFORMATION:

1. Selection of candidate will be made stricly on merit basis.

2. Candidate who are Government Servants / serving in Autonomous bodies should apply through proper channel are not received before interview.

3. Admission will be given conditionally. Performance will be evaluated at the end of three months. In case of un-satisfactory performance, the admission of such candidate will be cancelled.

4. TRMOs will work full time and also perform 24 hours can call duties according to duty roster.

5. The training will be stricly for the specified period as per requirement of each specially and will not confer any right for any kind of appointment at the Federal Govt. Services Hospital, Islamabad.

6. Application completed in all respect should reach the undersigned within 10 days.

7. A monthly stipend will be given during the period of the training subject to the availability of funds.

8. No. TA/DA will be paid for interview/test.
