EXPRESSION OF INTEREST / PRE-QUALIFICATION OF FIRMS

The Rawalpindi Chamber of Commerce & Industry, 39 Civil Lines, Mayo Road, Rawalpindi intends to construct a multi-storey building as its present site.

Application are invited for designing & Construction from National / International firm / Consultants / Architects / Contractors for pre-qualification Companies possessing experience of such projects may submit the following information:

• Names of the firm with its Head Office and Branches.

• Names of owner / partner / director with qualification and experience.

• Financial position.

• Projects executed in the last ten years.

• Affidavit to the effect that the company is not involved in litigation, disputes and is not black listed.

• International companies will be represented by their local partners who will have to submit their partnerships deed to the effect.

• Introduction of their construction / structural consultants.

Right's to reject any or all the applications without assigning any reason is reserved.

Application may reach the President of the Chamber by 20th November 2007.
