believe on brand demand generation through Farmer Field Advisory that leads to
product consumption from Co’s channel network.
Area Development Officers:
The core role of Area Development Officers is to execute
commercial field sales promotion plans at farmer level.
Planning & Execution of Field Work and Demand
Creation Activities leading to product Consumption. To win with Customers
You should be an M.Sc (Hons) Agri or BSc (Hons)
Agriculture having preferably 1-2 year of related industry experience.
Area Sales Officer:
Area Sales Officers are required for core sales
operations, which includes sales, collections, communication and execution of
sales policies, shop merchandising, and channel management. Effective Channel
Management for Business Growth by increasing dealer loyalty (Satisfaction and
Share of Wallet)
To win with Customers (Dealers)
You should be an M.Sc (Hons) Agriculture with one year
sales experience in reputable company.
