Telephone Industries of Pakistan was established in 1953 as a private limited
company that manufactures and provides a wide range of telecommunication
equipment and solutions. Ministry of IT & Telecommunication invites

a proven track record of leadership, administrative and management skills, for
the post of Managing Director (MD) Telephone Industries of Pakistan. The ideal
candidate should be visionary, ambitious and energetic with the following
Qualifications and Experience.
Experience / Skills
Upper age limit
Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Computers or other ICT
related disciplines)/ Computer Sciences or other ICT related
disciplines/Business Administration /Management /Accounting and Finance from
HEC recognized University with minimum sixteen years of formal Education For Serving Civil Servants: 20 years
of professional and diverse experience in the public sector in BS-17 and
above or equivalent having qualified NMC or NS & WC.
o Must have at least 20 years of
professional experience with minimum seven years at senior level role.
o Must have proven experience of
providing strategic orientation with clear vision and goals to a team for
high performance outcomes. o Must
have led and managed teams of professionals ensuring high performance work
culture through collaboration and team work. o Must of excellent peoples skills of managing of across and
down. o Must have demonstrated
experience of financial business management with proven deliverables. o Must have techno business
understanding of ICT sector duly exhibited in his career stream.
The candidates have lead an
organization as Head either in public private sector with proven credentials
of strong financial and administrative management outcomes will be preferred.
Age Limit 55 years
CONDITION TO APPLY:

either resign or seek retirement from their posts/service before joining new
assignment. NOC from present employer, in case of Government Servants is
