invites application from dynamic professionals for the post of Director
Telecom, (MP-II) on contract basis for a period of two years with following
qualification and experience.
Qualification: Masters Degree in Engineering (Electrical,
Electronics, Telecommunications, Computers, related disciplines) from HEC
recognized University with minimum sixteen years of formal Education. The
candidate must possess sound knowledge of the state of the art
telecommunication technologies and operational business dynamics of telecom,
especially Next Generation Networks, IP Telephony, OFC system. Convergence
and its related issues.
Must have at least 10 years of professional
experience with minimum three years at senior level role in the field of
Information Communication Technology (ICT).
Must have proven experience of leading teams of
Professionals through collaborative team culture.
Must have experienced to exhibit strong interpersonal
skills for the growth of ICT sector.
Must have demonstrated experience of crafting and
implementing ICT Policies and Strategies for the growth of sector.
The candidate is required to perform
the following functions
Continual Review of Telecom Policies and Strategies in alignment
with emerging trends of technologies.
Formulate the Telecom Policy as per emerging
Implement the Telecom Policy in concert with all
