Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB),
an organization under Ministry of IT and Telecommunication, is responsible to
strengthen and promote the IT Industry of Pakistan both locally and globally.
Ministry of IT and Telecommunication invites application from dynamic
professionals for the post of Managing Director, Pakistan Software Export Board
(MP-I) on contract basis for a period of two years with following qualification
Qualification: Bachelors /
Masters Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Computers, ICT
related disciplines) / Computer Sciences. ICT related disciplines / Business
Administration Management from HEC recognized University with minimum sixteen
years of formal Education.
Must have at least 15 years of professional
experience with minimum five years at senior level role in the field of
Information Communication Technology (ICT).
Must have proven experience of leading teams of
Professionals through collaborative team culture.
Must have demonstrated experience of setting
vision and direction for high performance outcomes.
Must exhibit strong interpersonal skills for the
growth of IT sector.
Must have demonstrated experience of crafting IT
outsourcing strategies, with clear understanding of legal and commercial

the following functions
Setting a Strategic direction for the growth of IT
Crafting and executing the Broad Policy initiative
for accelerating IT exports.
Crafting IT outsourcing strategies with clear
understanding of legal and commercial aspects.
Ensuring an effective match making mechanism for
branding the local IT industry to external world.
Engaging IT sector for spurring innovation and
Ensuring presence of IT companies at international
and local forums.
Ensuring a vibrant interaction with all stake
