Selection of Interns
for The National ICT Internship Program A(01)/PSEB/2012-20
Pakistan
software export Board in collaboration with the National ICT R&D Fund is
launching a new internship program titled “National ICT Internship Program”.
Through this program, PSEB will initially deploy 800 graduates in the ICT
organizations of public & private sector. The program shall also consider
around 25% of the graduates from the non-ICT disciplines. Details of the ICT
& Non-ICT fields is available at www.pseb.org.pk
Eligibility
Candidates having minimum 12-18 years of education from
recognized universities/ institutions.
Must be a permanent resident of Pakistan
as per NADRA record & fulfill following criteria.

Students from Rural
Areas
i. CGPA for ICT
youth of fall 2010 or later (2.0/4 or at least 50% Marks)

Students from Urban
Areas
i. CGPA for ICT youth of all 2010 or later (2.50/4 or
atleast 65% marks)

ii. Percentage for
Non-ICT Students for fall 2008 or later (at least 50% marks)
|
ii. Percentage for Non-ICT youth of fall 2008 or later (at
least 65% marks)

Applications are invited from the graduates fulfilling the
above criteria this is expected to be an on-going program and the candidates
can apply at any time during the life of the project which is 24 months. 1st
batch of 250 graduates is likely to be deployed in ICT industry from Feb, 2013.
the preferred option for candidates is to apply only online through website (www.internship.pseb.org.pk/internship/).
However. Candidates genuinely having no online access can also apply through
hard copy by using application form available at www.pseb.org.pk at the
address given below.
